Reach For The Stars: RIT Career Fair-August 20, 2007 Learn how girls can get started on a career in astronomy, imaging sciences, and other related fields. The various RIT departments will present information, including what schooling is needed. Corporate partners will have displays with information about the jobs that are available, as well as new fields that are opening up, and the advantages for women to have careers in these fields. There will be interactive activities, displays, many people to answer any questions you have, and this is a great opportunity to get to know the RIT campus. This event is open to all girls, whether you are a registered Girl Scout or not! Bring all your friends to this informative, free event! ** Local connection = contact Cathi Zachary for more information |
